ROFL! What a joy! I'm glad I just had breakfast a little while ago or I'd be digging in the frige!

PS... I deeply apologize for mispelling your name and thank you for the high compliment! That was an affirmation for me.

I'm going through my adventurous stages in cooking, spicing things as I see fit.... And I must say I don't think I'm all that bad of a cook, for now.... I haven't gone far beyond making steaks and some chicken.... Never the less, I make some damn good lemon pepper chicken! :-) Practice makes perfect they say!

Yum, all of that looks extra good right now for 2 reasons...

#1 I can't cook, well barely - not pretty.

#2 I haven't had lunch yet and it's after 1:30 here and I'm starved! Think I'm going to go eat after I post this.

How about this EXSENO...I'll pick up every ingredient that all of those dishes call for and you cook it for me, because if I cook, well then the only dish you would be able to stomach is the capful of Pepto. :P

Diamondkt,
I know if you can cook a little bit you can do better. dress up that steak and salad. And if you like seafood or even just boiled shrimp there is nothing easier. Throw it in a pot of water with the proper seasoning and it does the rest. Take out and eat.

Don't know what kind of seasoning? Ask the pretty girl at the counter to help you. Great way for guys to meet women in the store. I'm helpless can you -tell me - how to- where is -which one. hehehe

Ms. Gina,
I wish I had a nickle for every time I spelled something wrong. I would not be a millonaire, I'ed be a billionaire. lol

"take out and eat"

Yeah now that part I know - take out, order in a pizza, go out to a restaurant. All of that I can manage. It's the actually cooking part that loses me.

Funny you said about women willing to help. I can't tell you how many times I've had women and even a few men say something to me in the grocery store when they see me looking like I am in a foreign land. Last week I was in the frozen food section...yeah TV dinners are my specialty. Anyway, this girl must of been watching what I was shopping for and looked over my shoulder and said "that one isn't that good - bachelor?" I said yeah I am and my cart full of microwave meals is like a giant red flag screaming "I CAN'T COOK".

Well, I'm working on the cooking, slowly but I'll tackle it one day and wean myself off of cereal, SubWay and Healthy Choice dinners.

By the way, don't worry about your spelling. I'm the last soul who would even notice. I'm the world's worst speller hands down. I probably come off as someone with the education of a 2-year-old when it comes to spelling. Thank god for spell check is all I can say! So if we got a nickle for everytime we spelled something wrong, I would be richer WAAAY before you. ;)

Oh no, I'ed win that one. I have my little dictionary right beside me. lol

When my son got devorced he started cooking for his self. I think he was just gifted with this all along and we never knew it. But he can really cook like a gourmet. His food is to die for!!! and from scratch no less. I live for thos times when he trys out new recipes on me. But awhile back he just stopped and gos up town for every little thing. I think he's just lonely and it's his way of mingaling with the people in this small twon because if I ask him if he want something to eat , he usually already has.
