THE CATCH OF THE DAY --WOW

I DON'T EVEN WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT. THAT THING LOOKS LIKE IT COULD SWALLOW A TRUCK .

Fisherman on Martha's Vineyard, Mass. display a massive 1,100-pound tiger shark Sunday, July 17, 2005. Unfortunately, the fisherman failed to capture first place in the monster shark derby because their boat was six minutes too late in returning to Oak Bluffs harbor with its catch.

With a catch like that you could invite all the neighbors over for supper!!

WOULDN'T YOU HATE TO BE SWIMMING WHEN THAT HEAD POPS UP IN FRONT OF YOU -- THINK ABOUT IT. HA HA HAPPY NIGHTMARES.

Hahaha, Yes be afraid, be very afraid. lol

Actually, when I grew up in California, at least in my area you never hear of a shark attack, Maybe somewhere else , but even then it was very rare. The world is certainly changing in many ways.

That's awesome! I went fishing over the weekend and caught nothing over a few pounds. I love to real in a big catch going deep sea fishing, but unfortunately for me I get sea sick like you wouldn't believe! So I guess next time I go, I'll have to stock up on the Dramine (spelling?) so I can real in the big ones like that. Sweet!

Will you eat it or have it stuffed and mounted. And if you say mounted. Hope your house is really big. lol

I would LOVE to have that stuffed and mounted! Can you imagine how much it would cost though? Ouch. I have a buddy who caught a dolphin fish (different from a normal dolphin in case you didn't know), and it was about 6 feet big and cost $800 to have stuffed or whatever term they give that. He didn't even pay for the mounting either. It's still in a giant crate at his house because he doesn't know what to do with it now - lol.

I would love to put that in my game room, not sure if I would have the room but man would that be sweet! Hell, I would build a room just for it. I could put it along side my black bear - get it? heehee

That is one of the biggest eating machines I have ever seen. It takes me back to 1977, and the drive-in theater where we saw Jaws for the first time. *shudder*

Shark meat IS delicious, but if you have an allergy to iodine, don't partake. Shark meat is full of it, and it will give you a tummy ache. Yuk.
